How long does shipping take for my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping takes between 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your unit leaves our warehouse.
Does the unit require a lot of maintenance?
Maintenance is minimal. You simply need to replace the carbon filters every 4-6 months and ensure the microbes are fed regularly. The interior is designed to be self-cleaning during the agitation process.
