At Reencle, we stand behind our mission to reduce food waste; if your home composter doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure the unit is thoroughly cleaned and returned in its original packaging to qualify for a return.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number.

Sanitize and Pack

Empty all compost, thoroughly clean the interior of the Reencle unit, and secure it in the original box with all included accessories and manuals.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your unit for cleanliness and functionality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
